Hi Everyone!! Whew it has been awhile. Just wanted to wish all Mothers a Happy Mothers Day!! We are all so blessed to either be a Mother or have a Mother who means the world to you! And now all the ladies I know are able to pass their Mothering skills on to their daughters!! We mother so many things! Friends, pets, husbands, pretty much anything that moves on 2 or four legs!!(They are so fortunate to have us for teachers! Chuckle chuckle and now a giggle!)
What have I been working on you ask? Well after the dust settled for the spring thyme show my craft room was in a dreadful state so I had to get that taken care of and then I started some 4th of July raggedy Annie dolls. They are turning out quite cute! However I am not a doll maker as my friend Pam is! Stuffing quite bluntly sucks!!! But I am persevering!! I only have 3 more to do! When I started this project I thought how hard can makeing a raggedy Ann doll be? Weeell...the answer is a pain in the arse!! And cocky ole me when I cut them out and because they were easy to cut out cu 5 of the little darlings out!! So I three more to finish.. I just need to tweek them.
What else you ask have I been doing? Well it is spring and for me that is planting and flowers! Weeding moving bushes! Love it all!! Even with the couple of inches of snow that we recieved things are still looking good. I moved all the flowers into the garage and am praying my blueberries blossoms survived! Only time will tell on those! Last year the birds ate all my green berries and I am prepared this year for those birds to NOT feast on them but the snow.....
Oh yes and one last thing that I am doing. I am going to host a pie social in June. So I have been experementing with pies. Have found some keepers. The kentucky derby pie with bourbon is definitely a keeper.
Hmmm I think it is time to sign off for now! Sorry I got so long winded!!
Take care!
Until next time!
The Flower Fool!

The eggs are all tucked in their cartons andwaiting for delivery to the shop! Easter trees are waiting for the next step! (Thank you Rock!) Waiting on some deliveries that will be here while we are gone...but my ever faithful friend Anna is going to help me out there. She will check everyday while we are gone. I have a new supplier and some new and fun things from my candle lady! When we get back from vacation things will be really flying around! With lots to do! But all in a goodway! I will be contacting my wonderful graphic artist niece when she gets back from vacation to get things rolling for the ad prints and mailings. The show is going to be 2 Saturdays.
